I have a 92' with stock brakes, and it's going to stay that way for a while.

A long time ago I had a rattle sound comming from the rear and it turned out to be a spring that was attached to the (didn't know what it was at the time) rear bias valve.

I want to know:
Will this effect the bias valve (not having a spring)?

Is there a some sort of plug I can use that is adjustable (I have heard that plugs make the rear brakes a little too heavy for the stock system)?

What is your advice?

Iv'e never seen a picture of these "plugs". I went to your site, and noticed that they are going for $40 eek! .

They cant be just "plugs"? Not for that kind of money. What do they look like?

(BTW, I am not saying they are overpriced, or not worth it, or anything detrimental to your business...I just am curious as to what they look like and what they do)

The plugs aren't really plugs at all. The stock valves in the brake distribution block are more of the plugs. The stock ones let very little fluid(I.E.: pressure) through to the rear brakes. These rear brake bias plugs change into place of the stock valves to let equal amounts of fluid(I.E.: pressure) to both the front and rear brakes. I've heard that you could do this yourself(without buying the plugs) with just an extra distribution block out of the junkyard, but I don't know how. I'm guessing that you would just take out the rear valves and put in the ones from the front on both front and rear(just a guess not necessarily fact).

Unfortunetly they are just little plugs. They are machined pieces. Believe it or not, my mark up is not very high on those.

Some people like to weld the end of the stock valves shut, but IMO, for $40.00, I wouldn't take the chance of a brake line leak.
