Is there any particular order that this thing goes back on? (i.e. should i route it over the p/s pulley before the crank pulley, etc.) It seems just a hair too short, but I know it's the user and not the belt. I've tried w/ the tensioner pulley as loose as it can get and even w/ it off, and the belt just won't go on. Yes, I have it routed correctly as the illustration is on the panel above the radiator. I remember when I did the alternator that the other belt went on fine if you put it on a certain way.

This car has had me brain farting alot lately. BTW I ordered these from RockAuto and they are the correct part #s.

Smaller the pully, easier to slip a belt over.

Put it on the largest pulleys first.

Nevermind, I got it...Thanks.

The tensioner screw with the hex head wasn't loosened as much as I thought. When I loosened it more the horizontal screw dropped down, allowing me enough clearance.

I've just been having too much fun with this car. Time to take a break from working on cars for a few months.
