RCM Will change to a thumbs up later...

So. i finally got my order from RCM after a month of waiting and ONE email. only to find out that they forgot to ship me my main bearings. If they can get me those bearings by Friday or Monday at the latest i will change the thumbs down to a thumbs up.

No, no money exchanged. Thats is exactly why I emailed them first, so I wouldnt run into these problems everyone is having with them.

sigh well if they dont respond to an email im filing a paypal dispute... seriously it would make their life so much easier if they would just learn to COMMUNICATE. Im so fed up with this shit and this is no where near some of the ******** others have put up with...

SO... as per usual im greeted with the cold shoulder. NO email responce after multiple tries, NO paypal refund, NO bearings in the mail NO nothing. paypal dispute being opened as we speak. why do you have to make it so hard for yourselfs RCM? its awsome that you guys are supporing a dying breed but you guys are making it pretty ******* yourselfs and your customers. i have a feeling somones paypal account is going to be locked for a while...

Holy Shit! i foudn out how to get them to contact you! OPEN A PAYPAL DISPUTE!!! Opened it yesterdya and they responded in record time! anyways they say the main bearings have been shipped on the 9th. now dont you think it would have been easier just letting me know what was going on?

I ordered my clutch, rod bearings, and seals from Rock Auto on the 15th and I got everything today. I would say I'm sorry for RCM but I'm not! I'm happy that you got everything though.....I wonder what their problem is?

I found that opening a paypal dispute is an excellent way to make people who don't respond to emails change their mind.
