I've owned a few Crown Vic Interceptors and they tend to have a lot more engine hours than typical for non service vehicles with the same mileage as they tend to idle often. I would expect the same with newer Interceptors. Water pumps and cooling fans were common on the 4.6s. Something to think about considering the cost of turbos and water pump replacement.

Carfax may not have info on the municipality that owned it as they are not always registered/insurance the same way private owner vehicles are.
