Make sure to get diminished value. While it might look the same, any dealer will ding you if you try to sell it.

I would be amazed if it's only $7500. This is what mine looked like after a deer decided to commit suicide and the total with new Ford parts was almost $8k but almost $2k was for headlights/HIDs. But it didn't touch either fender. Thanks everyone.
The 2yr old was not driving, she is mounted in the center for this exact reason. (Although she would try if I let her, I will wait until she's 3...)
That car seat will absolutely be replaced.
Initial estimate is $7500, so they wont total it , none of the air bags deployed. Body shop is saying it looks a lot worse than it is , No frame or suspension damage, somehow didn't even hit the exhaust.
It is new enough where all parts will be new OEM.
The shop did say they will know more when the cut the rear quarter off, I will but randomly showing up to see for myself, I don't trust the shops , they only make money if they get to fix it.
Chances are I will never be convinced it is fixed and will get something different.
It was a company van that hit her, so who knows might be able to convince them to buy it, since the driver admitted he was a idiot to the police and Insurance.
It would me too. It would be gone after I got it back..Some different angles
The gap on the rear has me concerned, and the big wrinkle in the quarter panel near the door, where the car didn't even get hit

Okay, my BAD... I was looking at the silver SHO further up on this page.
I see now from the original post that your SHO is late model.
And YES FORD wants 900.00.
Sorry BigB15
Isn't it amazing how much parts are for these cars? Get hit in the back and you pay out the a$$ for tail lights. Get hit in front and you pay out the a$$ for projector headlights and HIDs.One tail light is $900
The parts alone are currently in the 4500 range.
No..the 13+ are led and a major improvement over the 10-12's. Those were junk on the SHO's. I had 2 sets replaced under warranty for peeling chrome around the edges. How about this one?

The box has Ford sticker W correct part number
I don't think he cares about insurance spending $900 on a tail light. In my accident I was in the same boat. Each headlight was $600+ but it didn't matter to me because insurance was covering it and I wanted new parts from Ford. Since the other guys insurance is paying for his repair, there's no need for him to skimp on eBay for cheaper parts. How about this one?
