With the car off - 52, 84 with a stored memory of 33

I know I dont have a certain part for the EGR, I think its the EGR Vacumm Solenoid mounted near the Airbox. So is my car okay? Also about the PS, I suppose it didnt turn it enough(even though I swear i did)
