I just ran the codes and here what i came up with (in order received):

116
538
536
521
Now, the 116 is the ECT, could it be a mistake? IF I do a coolant flush and fill, is there a chance that it could help? Where can I get the part cheap if it does need to be replaced.

116 - ECT most likely needs replaced. Go for the Autozone. $14.99 or so.
536 - BOO (didn't hit the brake pedal during test
538 - Dynamic response test. after you hit the brake and move the wheel, you get one flash. hit the gas 1/2 way down and release.
521 - didn't move steering wheel

here's a great link:

The 116 may have been caused by a cold engine since the engine was required to be at normal temperature for the KOER test. You really need to visit the link in the above post to run the tests correctly.
