Who does everybody recomend for new radiator? Advance? NAPA? How about this guy on E-bay; 1A Auto? Mine is leaking at the seam where the core meets the drivers side tank. Some one has tried stop-leak; I drained it yesterday and it looked like black bean soup even though looking through the top it looked nice and clean.

Just take your radiator to any competent local radiator specialty shop. Don't know what part of Georgia you are in, but most cities have several. To my knowledge, the radiator is one part on this car that is not some specialty item. If they can't repair it, they should be able to get you a new or rebuilt one for $125-150.

If you want to spend a little money to get a special one, go to Summit Racing, or any of the SHO shops linked from here. They can get you one that's a little more efficient, and all that stuff, but of course you will spend a little more money.

I saw the thing in the Chilton manual about crimping the tank after installing the trans cooler (theres a o-ring in between there) and figured wtf... Well, it called for 27/64th drill bit the gauge the vise grips. I couldn't find one at the moment(found one yesterday), so guessed with the ruler. I crimped both ends, the driverside was literally running out approx 1/2 way up the other night when I finished pulling the core support... I let it sit with the bottom duct taped up and full to the top for a static test all day Saturday pretty much and it didn't leak. I blew the ends off with my air compressor when I started to make sure. Every so often I would clean my hands and run them along the crimp. Dry as a bone. Yesterday I re installed it and the fan and let it run up to temp with the cap on for a pressure test. Zipped up and down the street a couple of times. No leaks yet.... If your endtank isnt cracked give this a try, might save you a couple of bux for now... :corn:

I've got a new radiator for sale. PM me if interested. I don't need it, so I'll let it go cheaply!

I might be interested in that. I'm changing out a 94 ATX radiator etc... Are 94 and 95 interchangable?
