95 atx rack w/vaps.Is it possible to install the hoses on the rack backwards?

I don't think so...when I changed mine - I think they were different sizes. I could be wrong though.

this is the 2nd rack.the first one was kicking back bad now this one is so sensitive i had to disconnect the vaps at 40mph to maintain an acceptable steering response.the p/s pump is new and the lines are all new,new pressure switch,I'm using atf in the system and this is got me stumped.
