Rack and Pinion drive belt

I have a grinding noise whenever I turn the wheel like the tires are rubbing. I am pretty sure it's the drive belt inside the rack and pinion that has warn causing a catch and rubbing sound when turning. Does anyone know the measurements of the belt so I don't have to replace the whole steering rack?

I looked into this a few years back. eBay sells seal/repair kits w/o the belt and you can find the belt on eBay as well. About $120 for both.

Thanks I have been trying to look at that. The issue I am running into with that is I can't find a belt/kit that says it's specifically for a 2013 model. It also seems to be forbidden knowledge as to what years or other vehicles may have interchangeable parts.
