I am quiting your dumb club, no one gets together and when i sell someone a SHO, id like to have 1st dibs on it instead of parting it out.

Brian, you have ****** me off, You are crushing a car that i saved from total destruction, and you promised me you would take care of her, i guess you lie.

Well, it was nice while it lasted, have fun and keep up the good work.

hmmm lets see would you have paid $1800.00 for a SHO with a rebuilt title and accident damage, leaking sunroof, leaking trunk, squishy suspension, sloppy steering, broken transmission boss,an engine that leaked everthing, and a coolant system that was so full of rust it couldent be cleaned?? and the list goes on. im just trying to recoup some of what i paid for it. i couldent have sold that car for more than $800-$1000 the way it was. thats after sinking hundreds into it and countless hours.its a shame that the market for these cars is the way it is.this was the best fiscal decision reguarding this car.

Lets examine that clamin my friend. We do have meets, we have for the last many years. Not too many people are in your neck of the woods. We have had a couple track day rentals in Gainseville that you never showed up to as well as Busch gardens and all the Jacksonville meets. There are many local people that get together quite a bit, we just don't pubically announce it.

I saved many SHOs from total destruction...sometimes you lose one here and there. I saved a couple heavily rear ended SHOs, brought them back to life when many on here said it was impossible and moved them on. Its only a car bro. I too hate to see a mocha one parted out but there are more of them out there.

It is not over. Roy, you need to make an effort to show up to one of our next meets to get you back into the game. We all had a **** of a time at the dyno day years ago. We will be around and helping others and ourselves keep the SHOs on the road. I hated parting out my 94 I saved 2 years ago but there was too much rust in structural places that would have made it impossible to keep safe for street use. I will use my parts to keep another alive.

Roy I didn't like the fact Chris parted my old 94, I loved that car and had a lot of good times in it

that being said Chris IS right... it was damn near unsafe to drive... and the good parts on it will be better off keeping a nicer sho chassis alive and out of the junkyard....

we need to keep good SHO's, not pieces of shit

every rust and accident free SHO should be saved if it can be....... that being said if its too far gone, its just not a good decision, because there are better SHO's out there that need help too, and in 10 years what do we want? a bunch of rusted money pit SHO's with good ones going to the crusher, or would you rather there be clean SHO's still around....

these cars are going FAST, and harder and harder to find... in 5 years I think it will be 5 times as hard as it is today to find a clean chassis.......

Roy's right. I'm quitting, too. You guys are a bunch of SHO haters and Cavalier lovers!

Yeah, but I thought we had an agreement. Secretly tell everyone to smash their SHOs and buy Cavaliers. You told Brian and I you had your eyes on a 2003 Cavalier.

man I can't believe u guys like SHO's and roll in cavaliers haha
Brian will be selling his high mileage neon and buying a few year old Cavalier. We here have Cavalier Mondays. Kelvin and Brian know what I am talking about. Maybe I should put a SHO engine in a Cavalier and have the best of both worlds!

All i see in this thread is a bunch of E-Thugging... :( Shame really.. I'd expect a bit more from a SHO owner.
