quick tranny fluid question

i got a 98 sho, rebuilt tranny once. cars been sittin for a year or so, ive started some work on it, but i want to do a tranny flush and was wondering if you guys found a specific oil to be best. thanks

There's not really a best fluid out there. I use and like Valvoline MaxLife ATF. It verks. Some people like Mobil 1 ATF (and that's what I use to top off with), but frankly it's a whole lot more expensive than it is better, if you get what I'm saying.

Stay the **** away from Pennzoil and you'll be fine.
