Does anyone make them for the front, so that I can keep my hood struts? I really like the hood struts.

I'm looking into welding the Gen 3 style placement for the hood struts on the Gen 2 - I have the STBs as well and miss my hood struts. Now, I'm using a 2" square spindle as a prop. Works for personal safety at night, too. :D

Not yet. I keep waiting for someone to figure out a way to mount the hood struts onto the STB. I considered it a few times but never got around to it.

I checked into it a bit but found that I would not get enough extension (low hood lift height) from the short struts that would fit between the brace and the existing hood attachment point. With the fiberglass hood, I have limited places to install another strut attachment without risking damage to the hood.
