Quick Exhaust Question

Ok, so I was driving home from work today and all of a sudden the exhaust got really loud. I pulled over and whoever had my car before me had welded the mid pipe on by the cats. Well needless to say it broke. My question is, where can I get new exhaust for it? What exactly do I need? Here is what I can tell you about my SHO. The y-pipe in the back is still good, the mufflers are shot, and obviously that mid pipe connecting the exhaust manifold to the y-pipe let go. So what are my options here?
