Does anyone know who has the fastest gen3 Sho and what were the mods they did to their car.

Look under ATX section for the quarter mile times.

If you are looking for top speed, you may have to do an inquiry where people report their speedometer readings from back in the day.

IIRC top speed ended up at 146 mph on radar, but I do not remember who did it. It was some time ago. I have never had mine over 130 mph. It still felt reasonably solid at that speed, though, again, IIRC, I was running 245x45x16s Bridgstones at the time, so that would have helped feeling planted.

The Taurus and SHO, at the time, had a one sheet floor stamping that was the largest stamping in the world. That gave it the rigidity that is still talked about.
How things have changed.
