Alright, I've replaced the fron speakers and in the next couple of weeks I will replace the rear speakers and install a new deck....here's the question:

When taking out the factory amps, what wiring should I take out with it? Should I run new speaker wire to the rears from the new deck and run a RCA cable to the amp powering my two 12's?

I'll be selling all the factory stuff, so whatever wiring isn't neccessary, I would like to take out.

Thanks in advace. :)

Here's what I'd do. You can totally eliminate one of the amps ( the one for the sub/subs) but the other one you need to get a bypass harness for. Circuit City sells 'em for like $15. Leave all the wiring in there, it'll make your life so much easier. Since you're wiring up a sub amp when you change the deck go ahead and drop a remote lead and a set of RCAs. Run them on OPPOSITE sides from the power leads. I'd reccommend using a relay on your remote so you won't have any problems if you decide to upgrade your system further at a later time. If you don't know what I mean, e-mail me and I'll try to sketch out a drawing for you.
