I'm looking for a set of wheels for summer use, and to free up my current ratty OEM wheels to be powder coated for winter. I have been doing some research on which wheels I want, and then found a massive deal on them (about half price) on eBay. However, the fitment for the wheel is slightly different than stock. My OEM wheels are 8" width and +39 offset, these are 8.5" width and +30 offset. Will these wheels (and current 8" tires) still fit decently, or will they be functionally / aesthetically problematic?

Nevermind - I figured out pretty quickly how to do the tire size calculations, the thing that I was really uncertain about was the tire fitment of a smaller tire on a larger wheel, and what the new optimal tire size would be. It took a lot of Google-fu because it's difficult to get the exact idea of what I was looking for, but I got it done.

Pulling the trigger on these, pretty excited! It's gonna be a pretty dramatic upgrade to the look of my car, I think - these are $1800 new, so getting them for half that after the 20% discount is pretty awesome!
