So I had the timing done on my car a couple weeks ago and I keep getting a check engine light for rich on both banks. Curious if a crank relearn would possibly fix an issue like this and if it did can I do it with a tune still loaded into the vehicle. Vehicle never had a rich condition prior to timing set being done.

Hmmm. I've had a misfire issue since my timing chain was done. Dorks at the dealership says it's the plugs so I get to pay them another $250 for that.

Why would you pay someone to do plugs? That's the easiest DIY on a car. Could be a coil went bad from removal. I've seen that happen sometimes.

Was it constant misfire from the time you picked it up? Aren't they supposed to test it before giving it back?

It ran fine for 3 weeks/350 miles after I got it back from them. I would have preferred to change the plugs myself, but I can't drive it as it is running. If them changing the plugs doesn't fix it, at least I can get that money back. (maybe)
