When I'm installing the stainless steel brake lines do I need to secure them to the strut somehow like the factory rubber ones?

I assume you are talking about the rear lines. The rear Earl's lines have a bracket on them that will attach to the strut. Sometimes I attach the line to the strut and sometimes I don't, depending on whether it looks like the bracket will put extra stress on the line's fittings.
Thats the exact same thing I need to know.
Your talking about the bracket thingy in the middle of that line right?
I have it all set to go but I also need to know if you just swap over the old bracket or if you can buy a new one.
I figure it would be best to get a new one and if you can't then use the old...but the old line doesn't want to budge out of the old bracket.![]()
