Question about fitting on intake

Does the 90 degree fitting on the back of the intake provide vacuum for the windshield washer fluid only, or does it provide vacuum to the intake also?

I think you might be confused. The intake provides vacuum to everything. That fitting, if it's the one on the rear passenger side of the intake, is the main vacuum feed for the accessories.

As NinjaMike said, it is the main vacuum supply for all the off-engine accessories. The windshield washer fluid does not use vacuum. Only an electric pump is used to move the fluid.
