If the transmission is out, replace the rear main seal. The front main seal is on the opposite side of the engine and is best replaced when performing a front-end 60K service.

front crank seal requires removal of accessory belts and pulleys and timing belt and lower sprocket to get to it. if you are going to do that, make sure the entire front 60k service is up to date.

Replace the various cooling hoses while the tranny is out, easy to access. it's also a good time to do rod bearings since the oil pan is wide open to access.
