Is it better to change the original oil pump on a 2015 FPIS ecoboost To an oil pump called M390HV?

I've been using the Melling MV390HV ( high volume pump) since July. I haven't had any issues or problems with it installed. Several people have warned that there's a possibility that it might upset the cam phasers. No issues here.
The engine seems to run a little quieter with the new pump. Mind you I also had the timing chain, chain guides and water pump changed out as well.

It's ok to use the pump, just ensure you're not using the 100psi spring, that's where the issues develop. I believe they have a smaller spring you can use with it.
