I know i have it routed the right way, but the same tensioner that I turned to get slack in the belt to get it off dosn't seem to work the other way for me to be able to put it back on. I'm running out of daylight so a quick response is ideal:)

Is there another tensioner that allows me to put it back on? Or is there a certain way that the belt goes on that allows you to use the first tensioner that allowed me to take it off?

Route the belt around the tensioner, and every other pulley but the UPPER idler pulley.

You're gonna have to have some good arm strength to do this; new belts are hard to get on. You removed the battery tray, right?

Ok, so once you get the belt routed right (make sure all the ribs are in there right, including the alternator), crank down on the tensioner with one hand while trying to slip the belt under the idler pulley with the other. Keeeeep pushing... eventually it'll slip right under there, you can let go, and you have a new belt on!
