Like LOUDSHO92 said, sub-frame connectors are great.
If you are pulling the sub-frame to add the aluminium sub-frame bushings I would put in a smaller front sway bar. I have a 20 front and 26 rear. For my setup it is very balanced with a slight bit of over-steer at the limit, but opinions vary depending on the car and driver.
I have a rear STB and like it. I have heard from a number of people that have before and after experience that the front STB increases push in the corners. Our cars are already nose heavy and tend to push. For that reason I chose to not install a front STB.
My next mod will probably be a Gen3 sub-frame............ unless I can talk myself into bigger brakes and a turbo kit. I am not sure how my current NA set-up would mix with boost.
I say the seats would look fine....but then your asking guy who has removed most of his interior..
