Just to clear things up - what state is the ABS in? I see where is was disconnected,and then reconnected? Is it currently connected and does it function?
When you changed out the Master Cylinder, did you try the gravel parking lot again to get the ABS to cycle some fluid around in it incase there is any air between the Master Cylinder and the ABS controller?
The ABS is still disconnected via the computer. it is not in an operational state, as im missing a wheel speed sensor on the drivers front side. eventually plan on replacement. and no i did not try envoking the abs, since it was locking up the brakes when it was connected.
If fluid did not flow freely out of the pass side, then you have not been successful at bleeding that line.
Time to diagnose for real.
Engine running...Have someone pushing on the brake pedal and then crack the line at the MC(maybe a 1/4 turn).. Fluid should flow out past the fitting at a steady rate. OK? ...Tighten it up and have him let off of the pedal.(must be in that order)
Trace that line to the next junction(I think that's the distribution block before the ABS pump). Push the pedal and crack the line....fluid? Good...tighten it up and have your buddy let go of the brakes...
Check MC fluid level.
Trace to the next junction...probably the ABS pump at this point...
Now you know the routine...
check each section of hose/line. Sooner or later you will crack a fitting and say "ok...hit the brakes" and your buddy will say..."I am!" But nothing will happen. That's yer clogged/collapsed line section.
The lines for the primary and secondary circuits run from the master cylinder to the ABS pump first, then the right-front, left-rear, and right-rear go through a small black plastic block, located well below the master cylinder. The left-front line goes directly from the ABS pump, to the flexible line that attaches to the caliper.
