The dealer is replacing my PTU MONDAY under warranty on my '11 PP. Will anything need to be reprogrammed once it's installed? There are no MODs installed.

The dealer may reflash the ecu to the most current/up to date strategy code. Nothing you need to do without any mods.

I might get mine replaced so with my mods - what happens? If I get a new strategy code, don't I have to email that to Livernois and do my tune all over again?

You'd roll back to stock + 2 bar MAP before taking the SHO in for service. Once the service is complete, check the strategy code to see if it has changed. If it has changed, EMail the new new strategy code to LME, and they will send you the updated tunes (or you will download from their server). If no change, then simply load the tune + 3 bar, and away you go!

Why are they replacing it?
I took it originally to have them suck the fluid out and refill. They told me that it was leaking and since it still was under the power train warranty, they would go ahead and replace at no cost to me. Maybe it was easier to replace it than change the fluid. It had 86K on it so who was I to disagree. Put 800 miles on it this week and it no issues.
