What is a good fluid to use for the ptu and the rdu

I believe they are both good products. Honestly it probably comes down to personal preference between the two.

100% correct. I like the Redline LWSP because it works great in both the RDU and PTU. Zero issues on my part and I am not nice to my SHO as many of you know.

Yup, and keep in mind the RDU is actually where all the "AWD transfer action" takes place, not within the PTU. The PTU is, for all intents and purposes, basically just a right-angle gear box that is always turning when the vehicle is in motion.

I hoping to have ptu fluid changed tomorrow and purchased redline 75w 140, should be ok right? Went to the local parts store to buy RP maxgear but saw the redline! They didn't carry the LWSP.
