ps pump pulley

My car has a wobbly ps pump pulley. It seems to straiten up when you give it gas though. Does anyone have an idea of what it might be? It may just be a trick when i give it gas that it looks straight because when i had belt of and spun it i could see it wave but when i pulled around on it, it didnt seems to budge much if any

could be play in the pump shaft or it could be that you need to torque down the pulley nut.

If the pulley is tight on the shaft then your PS pump is on it's way out.

bah, I've seen countless bent PS pump pullies....I'll bet this is an ATX car...right?

Throw another one on there and you should be fine

I had the same problem, it was just the pulley. Find a good used one.
