From what I've read on the forum, it sounds like finding the proper high pressure line from the PS pump to the rack isn't much of a problem. However, finding the return hose from the rack to the cooler can be more difficult.

Can anyone recommend a vendor/part# that will guarantee the right part for a rack to cooler hose for the MTX?

Thanks,

Nate

I replaced all of my PS hoses on my '95 ATX except the large one coming out of the resivour to the pump. I ordered them all from www.partsamerica.com and all the correct hoses came...including the one you are looking for. They were Gates brand. I cross referenced Rockauto and they had the same ones.

FYI.

You can use 3/8" I.D. fuel line hose for the PS return lines, they're under virtually no pressure. Just make sure you get fuel line or fuel injection hose which is rated to carry fuel and oil. Heater hoses aren't rated for carrying oil, just ask some of the guys who've used heater hose to drain the oil from their supercharger gear cases...

They also have tranmission hose, which I believe they also have PS hose stamped on them. You can buy it by the foot at most autostores.
