Potential SHO

Hi guys. Considering buying a 1 owner 13 SHO with 79k miles on it. Purchase price is $16,250. Only downfall is 1 minor accident on carfax. Says rear minor fender damage. Car looks pretty clean.

Totally forgot to list my question. Is this an average price?
