Possible issue with engine load

so at around 3k RPM and about 80-85 mph the car seems to have no more go I just got the turbos replaced because the old ones blew and the car seems slower ever since. Now we all know these cars are slow from a roll but getting up to 110 I feel like I’m fighting the car where as before that only happens when it was around 130+.. no codes or miss fires injectors are all good I’m not sure.

Check vacuum line on wastegate?

When mine came off, I barely got over 100mph with my foot on the floor.

Any surging when accelerating?

Did they replace the supply line and drain line?

Did they determine a reason? Were the replacement new units or Ford rebuild?
