Popping noise under feet....

When I accelerate or slow down at a decent rate (Not hard, but it makes the noise then too...) I hear and feel a popping noise , it feels like it's right under my feet, and sometimes I hear something similar under the center of the car, thought that doesn't happen as often.... Any suggestions?

Check your sub frame bushings ASAP!!! I had a show like this, and the bushings were completely gone! You are putting mucho stress on the sub frame bolts as well. Replace the bushings and bolts, and all will be well.
