How's the charging system and battery?

Also, at idle, do you have a misfire? Individually pull each wire to see which cylinder is not firing.

they are good ... no misfire just when i start it in the moring it starts trhen stalls and then i have to give it gas to start and then it stalls ..it idles at 500 rpm and has no power ..if i give it gas in drive is bogs and wants to stall.
I originally got a 332 and a 326 and another egr code so i repalced the DPFE sensor and now i get 332 and i also cleaned the throtlebody egr nostrils they were plugged.. The egr valve is stuck.. when i try to suck on the vacum of the egr the engine does not change in idle or sound. I mean it really has no power at all...

Sounds like several things:

1) Your IAC valve doesn't appear to be working. Try cleaning it then perform a PCM idle speed reset.

2) Unplug the MAF and see if the drivability issues go away. Ignore the resultant CEL.

3) See the sticky at the top of this forum.

what is the pcm idle speed reset.
The iac is the sensor in the air filter box at the bottom.
Should I try to clean it with the electronic contact cleaner !
Is there a quick way to check if the timing is off my timing belt tension needs to be changed and i was wondering if it could have jumped a tooth.

The iac or iab is the idle air control. Look at your intake just past the throttle body you will see a sensor with the plug visible and it is attached to a cylindrical looking thing. That's it. You remove it and try to clean out the inside with carb cleaner or something. You will see when you remove it how dirty it is inside (not the electrical contacts).

Make sure you go back and get a correct spark plug wire diagram. Alot of people have attached the wrong wire from the coil pack to the cyl. spark plug. There were errors in some publications if I remember correctly.
