please help climate control trouble

hey I'm new at posting need response from all you sho guys, let a southerner in the club: my climate control lights up then shuts off when it reaches operating temp think its relay or somthin

hmmm id proly just try replacing the unit,you can find them pretty cheap
on ebay or post here in the "want to buy" area!

thanks for input ,seems electrical maybe a short? ideas on running specific circuits? car is in A1 shape kinda babied till i got it unit looks good no broke buttons..etc. also clock quit working but all fuses are good unit goes in -out
as rpm's increase put new battery, checked voltage all seemed fine

alternator supplies the car with all power when running. battary is reserve/starting. so if things shut off when rpms increase (had that problem in my 91 ****** gt when my alternator was done for), your alternator is acting up. it actually the voltage regulator messing up.

check without the car running. maybe pull the unit out and wiggle the connection and wires while its on to see if/when it goes out.

and a lot of places wil test the charging system and a small or no cost.

yep it was alt. had it rebuilt supposedly 9 mths ago. any other time that would have been first thing checked thanks
