Please Help.. Advice Needed

I bought a 1993 3.0 SHO.. PERFECT CONDITION in and out.. great engine (so i thought).. about a month later I spun a bearing which chewed my #5 rod and crankshaft.. I was thinking of getting a used engine.. but then i fiqured that for the same price i could rebuild mine and then know its a good engine.. So heres the question I have the engine out and apart.. I have a new crankshaft kit, clutch kit, main and rod bearings, a conversion gasket set in my garage.. and my machined rod is on the way.. so far i have spent a total of about 650$.. I still need a head set (gaskets) and im deciding wether to do anything with the valves? First does anybody know where i should bye the head set for the best price.. and did i spend to much on this project? Im only 17 and i do all my own work so.. ANY recommendations of anything else to do while the engines out would be great.. I know you guys are the best with shos so.. I want it to run like a new beast..

Hah, I was going to comment on the nice SHO you got there (which it is!) and then I saw the Stang... wow.

Head gaskets (and pretty much every other maintenance item you could need):

As far as I am concerned $650 isn't a whole lot to do the bottom end. Though everyone on the forum is going to tell you to do a 60K while you are at it.
