Does anyone have a picture of the spout connector? I did a search but the pic won't open (red x in box). Thanks.

The SPOUT plug is the 1/2" wide, gray plug in the electrical line off the harness to the CID sensor.

It's simply an in-line switch within the SPOUT circuit that runs between the PCM and the DIS Module.

Pulling the SPOUT connector causes the DIS Module to fire the coils directly from the PIP signal (instead of of using the SPOUT signal from the PCM). This results in a fixed spark angle of 10 degrees BTDC, as well as a fixed dwell.

Not the kind of timing that you'd want, performance-wise.
