Huh?

Explain what your problem is, also give your year and transmission so we have a clue which vehicle you're asking about.

When braking at low speeds the ABS motor starts and shoves the pedal back into my stomach, and pulls hard to the left. I originally thought it was the sensors but as i said i haven’t got any codes, the ABS light never goes on, and the only thing left in the system is a "pedal travel switch" which is mounted under the dash at the pedal. as it is described in the manual, it could be my problem.

What you describe is what happened to both of the SHOs I've owned when the switch was disconnected (found hanging). ABS kicked in when it wasn't needed.

Apparently, the Dealer left it off when the booster was replaced by the prior owner (relative). Discovered this on my current SHO when purchased 2 years ago. Somehow it had been incorrectly (re)installed and wouldn't stay clipped to the post.

Thom,
I have disconnected mine on purpose and the condition seems to be a tad better. I’m leaning to one of the sensors now as the voltage readings were strange at the sensor itself. Anyone else with ABS probs that sound similar?
