parking lights staying on?

hey all i have a 89 sho with a 3.0 5 speed man, when i turn on the lights and turn them off the parking lights stay on, do u think that its the switch?

Unless there is an aftermarket alarm installed or any other aftermarket wiring, I'd suspect the switch is bad.
