So, I get the P1000 code everytime I looked at what codes the car is throwing.

Probably been a year since I first saw it. Anyone know why this doesn't go away?

Could be a function of the programming. Ask your tuner.

Could also be a blown KAM fuse.

If this just started it isn't the tune as the adaptive values are the same since the beginning. Are you loading in the user adjustable features when you load a tune? If so try loading the same tune but don't choose the user adjustable setup.

Yeah, I believe this has been happening since the tune, but I really didn't think much of it.

I will try putting the tune on with no adjustable values.

p1000 just means all the obd2 monitors haven't run yet. see if you can get a scanner and see which monitor isn't completeted.

Any type of professional scanner should be able to do this. the xcal will not. Again i will say that p1000 isn't a real code it's just saying the monitors haven't run. It isn't important if they don't unless you live in a state that requires all monitors to be completed for emissions testing, most do not though.

Kansas must be pretty lenient with their inspection.. I have gotten 3 cars inspected in the past 5 years and every single time they just write down your VIN# and make sure nothing so aesthetically wrong with your car that it will hinder driving, then you pay your $20 and leave.
