What could be cause, already replaced the MAF, cleaned IAC and TPS. When I disconnect the MAF sensor the car runs fine, when connected after warm idle it wont take throttle and stalls - then wont start.

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0103 indicates the MAF Signal went above 3.90 volts (refer to Voltage to Mass Air Flow Conversion Table at the beginning of this Pinpoint Test) sometime during normal engine operation (Continuous), during Key On Engine Off Self-Test, or during Key On Engine Running Self-Test.

Blocked MAF sensor screen.
Damaged MAF sensor.
MAF SIG harness short to VPWR.
Damaged PCM.

Check the voltage output to PCM.

Thanks for your reply. After tests recommended in pointing to a bad MAF sensor I replaced it and problem still exists so I know its not the sensor. I will try testing output of the senor to PCM, i hope its not a damaged PCM. What is the risk driving without the MAF connected?

Until you know what the voltage output to the PCM is at the MAF connector and at the PCM connector you don't know for sure anything.
