I have an interesting one. My outside temp sensor reading is not correct, according to the temp reading from the climate system. For about a year it has been reading 3 degrees (C) lower than the actual external temp. I have checked it in several different ways, and it is consistantly off that amount.
So, is there some way to find out if the problem is the actual sensor that I saw on the electrical diagram, or if the reading is simply getting wrong in the climate control computer? If the former, where is the sensor located physically on the car, and can it be bought as a replacement without replacing half the car? If it is the computer itself, the thing is too expensive to bother replacing it to fix such a minor problem.
