Could be your front main is leaking onto the cats. Does it smoke at all when you smell the oil? Where does the smoke smell come from? Engine bay or out the tail pipes?

If it never uses oil or never leaks, you wouldn't be smelling oil from your car.

Provide a better description of what you are encountering, are observing, and the circumstances under which these happen.

PS. Get rid of the CAPS LOCK key on your computer.

PSS. Use punctuation. Sentences are supposed to be one complete thought that you wish to convey.

it's most likely what bizzy said. the front main seal is usually what starts leaking. it ends up on the cat which then burns it off and then you smell the oil. check it out.

If my power steering resevoir is too full and I turn the engine at more than 5000 rpm, some of the fluid spurts through the top of the cap and then drips down onto hot parts. Check your fluid levels.

How old are you?

I think maybe you're leaking oil on the exhaust near where the heater takes in the air. Good luck!!

Is it blowing any vapor through the vents? My Taurus is doing that but it is not oil, it is antifreeze and water. If it isn't using oil, check your coolant levels often.

when you hit the gas the condensed blow-by gases which is nonother than oil that has settled & collected in the bottom of the fancy intake horn in front and gets sucked right into the short runners and burns. you smell it and the engine is burning it. its a good way to get rid of it. you may not see the smoke and thats because your not looking hard enough. the same thing happens when braking/decelerating hard- the rear horn dumps in short runners. IT SMELLS LIKE OIL sitting at that stop light don't it?

There are about 36,000 drops of oil in a quart, are you sure its not using a few drops?

PUNCTUATION:

The PERIOD: . Used to indicate the end of a sentence. Makes people more apt to help you instead of trying to understand the nonsense and giving up.

This would have made us more friendly:

Sorry everyone about the caps. The smell comes from the heater when i have it on full, but its getting better as i drive it. Any Ideas? Thanks for the help. The motor does not use one drop of oil.
Now that took me about 10 seconds to do. It would be appreciated greatly if you would take those ten seconds to insert periods into your statement in order to make it easier to understand.
