Oil Pressure

About a month ago I noticed that on occasion my oil pressure readings bounced down to about 10 lbs. below normal, regardless of engine situation (idle, steady, under load, or backing off), and then they would bounce back to normal again. Still happening, and I checked the instrument connections, which seem fine. It might be the sensor. Or it might be the oil pump. Has anyone every had a problem with oil pumps on the V8? Or does anyone have another suggestion?

Steve, no known problems with the pumps, But I too noticed this w week ago with mine as well. No problems yet though

What kind of miles do you have on yours now, Kirk? Mine is up at 104,000 km, which is about 65,000 miles. Please keep me in mind if you figure anything else out on this, and I will update you as well on further observations.
