I have a 97 sho and it started leaking really bad and i noticed its coming from the oil pressure switch. after i got a new one and went to replace it i noticed where it screws into the motor its actually cracked. i was wondering if its just a little bracket or actually part of the motor since its hard to get a good look at it. and any ideas how to fix it would be appreciated thanks.

That oil pressure switch threads into your oil filter/cooler ****** that bolts to the engine block.
First try some teflon tape on the switch threads. If you can't tell where the oil is coming from, spray some brake cleaner on it, when the engine has cooled off, and make sure that area is dry. Then start the engine and watch for the oil ooze.
If it is the ****** that is cracked, you should be able to find a new or salvaged one.
Also be aware that our oil cooler o-rings tend to leak.
Good luck.
