Gonna drop my oil pan here to change the front and rear seals. Does anyone have the torque specs of the oil pan bolts?? I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Just for the record, you don't have to drop the pan to change the rear seal. You don't have to remove the carrier either. Remember that the carrier gasket is obsolete. You can still get the carrier gasket from some people who've collected them, but it's not a readily available part. Just don't want you to be in for any surprises. ;)

Thanks very much Minnesho.

The car has a mysterious oil leak somewhere, and since I'm doing the clutch and everything is all apart, I'm not really gonna take chances.

I already have a rear crank seal, a fel pro carrier gasket, and then I bought the front and rear oil pan seals. Just to be sure. Rumor has it removing the carrier COULD disrupt the seals. I'm just not taking the chance. People also say the oil level sending unit is Notorious for leaking too. Might have to pick one of those up as well.

I can't wait until the car is done. :)
