Hey all,

Other than a dead bulb is there anything in the circuit or sensor that NOT make the idiot light illuminate - ever? (e.g. - sensor unplugged, bent somehow,etc.). Mine doesn't even light at the START position. It did in the past. I'm just wondering if they screwed it up somehow during the clutch/carrier gasket job recently.

Thanks,

Mike

Anybody? Is the sensor normalled open or closed? Is it possible that a faulty sensor and/or sensor connection would prevent the idiot light from EVER lighting, even prior to starting the engine?

I've never seen my light for oil level light up at start-up. If your talking about oil pressure, yes that should light up. Hope that helps! :thumb:
