After running my car hard for a couple of minutes, oil was starting to seep from the sparkplugs, this means my oil well gaskets are shot right? If I am to replace these does this require the removal of the entire Intake manifold and if so how hard is it? (it looks pretty complicated to me)....

Yes, it sounds like you need new valve cover seals, and Yes, you need to pull the intake to get to them. Have you done your upper 60k yet on the car? If not, now is the perfect time sense you will have everything off.

To get an idea on how its done go over to www.shotimes.com . They have some nice pics and instructions on how to do it. I would also recomend going to www.cincysho.com (I think thats it) where you can also purchase a 60k video on how it is done. I have done it, it looks very intimidating, but once you get into it, it is very easy. If you have any problems, just ask. thumb

With the valve cover gaskets you will also need plug well seals. Felpro sells these in a set.
