I have quite a bit of oil in the "valley" and was wondering if anyone might have had this problem or an idea of where it is coming from. Also, I have oil accumulating on the top/front of the engine. At the plug holes. Not in them, but on top. Thanks for all the help guys.

Do you have oil on top of the spark plug rubber at the holes, or just on the inside of the wells? Odds are (regardless) you will need new valve cover gaskets.

Something's not right. Even if the valve cover bolts are leaking, the oil should run down the valve covers toward to the outer edge and pool at the cam ridge. There is not enough windage in that space to "blow" the oil up the valve cover and over the cam ridge.

A leak at the valve cover seal at the valley side could feed this oil slick, but that is at the top of the volume under the valve covers and would take more than splashed oil to get past it unless... there was a damaged or improperly installed valve cover seal at that boundary.

There is a crankcase vent tube with attaching plate on top of the block. It's in the valley, under the snakes. Right next to the knock sensor.
