You need rocker cover gaskets. The set includes some felt pucks that sit at the bottom of the tube you looked down to see the oil.
You have to take the intake off which is time consuming... which means you should do it.

SHOs don't have rockers! :slap:

Time to change the valve cover gaskets and plug well gaskets.

This is a guide for the "upper" 60K mile maintenance, which includes the valve cover and plug well seals. It sounds like yours has never had a 60K service, so I'd look into doing everything (front and upper). That website has detailed instructions for both.

Oh ****, I don't think I have the time nor the energy or skill to manage something that in-depth of the engine. Does anyone good at this stuff live near Myrtle Beach, SC? LOL

SHO times relax bud its really simple the only hard part well annoying part is the coolant hoses, i have big hands so it doesnt help.....
1) disconnect vacums, coolant hoses, Intake tube that connected to MAF and intake.
2) take the bolts out of the plenum brackets front and back, then the bolts holding plenum down
It takes me about 5 minutes to take the intake off
3) IF you have EGR make sure its unbolted, Then remove intake
4) i cant remember the size of the allen bit but put it on a extension put it in the gromet hole tap with a hammer till it feels snug, then the gromments should come right out, Front is super simple the back is a bit more of a pain due to the harness bracket in the back of the motor
5) disconect bracket for fuel lines do the same procedure as step 4 on rear you'll see a few things that look like there holding it down. there is a wiring harness that runs by the fuel lines dont be afraid to pull it up when pulling on the Valve cover also if you have a EGR you'll have to bend the tubes slightly out of the way then it lifts off.
6) remove old gaskets should come out pretty easy
7) replace
8) reinstall

You could probably do the upper 60K on a Saturday if you had all the parts and tools ready. Front 60K is a little more time consuming cuz the bolts are harder to get to, but that's probably another saturday. If you just want to change your valve cover gasket, you could do that in a couple hours easily, and all you'll need is a simple metric socket set, 5 mm (I think) allen wrench, and a flat screwdriver....maybe a razor to clean off the old gasket.
