oil coming out after cam seal replacement

well i had to install a new timingbelt tensioner and noticed that my cam seals were leaking. so i went to go buy the seals and replace them. the only thing now is that the seals are still leaking. is there anything that i missed that i was surpose to do. i just pushed them in as far as i could go.

Sounds like either they are improperly installed, the cams are scratched, or old oil is still draining out from some nooks and crannies. Only one way to find out...
